Marie Grace Sysing, Senior Immigration Consultant

B.Sc Statistics, RCIC 506608  She is a graduate of B.Sc. Statistics, from the  University of the Philippines. Marie came to Canada over a decade ago and is a citizen of Canada so she has experienced the same things, that all new immigrants have gone through including all the frustrations, the emotional stress, and the excitement of becoming a new citizen.  
  
Marie is a statistical guru and communications and social media expert.  She uses her expertise to help clients decide what options are best to help them succeed with their files.  She has strong organizational skills, which are mandatory when dealing with client files and deadlines for document submissions. Her skills as a software specialist are useful when it comes to CRM and other software programs to keep us organized and efficient.  

Marie is a multi-talented consultant and is great at being an effective consumer and industry analyst translating research data for use in financial projections and presentations when making presentations.  She is also a logistical professional able to coordinate, lead, monitor, and build successful teams and projects. 

Marie also has ten + years in immigration law and works out of Edmonton. She is fluent in Tagalog and English so for clients who have difficulty speaking English she can provide the translations needed to help them with their files. 


Kay Cuyugan is from the Philippines and is a support case manager with Adventus Canada. She has been part of the team for a number of years and we are so happy to have her.  She has dealt with clients and cases from around the world helping them with their concerns, questions, and difficulties they may have.  When clients cannot deal with the stress or are wondering how they can manage the collection of their documents, she is able to manage their questions and concerns.  She is extremely efficient and helpful in working with clients to understand the process and assuage their fears.  Kay understands the difficulties the people have when they feel under pressure to do well in language exams, get their settlement funds together, and even answer the questions that IRCC has.

Kay is experienced in various provincial programs and can guide clients when necessary to provide the information in the format needed. Her client skills and communication is excellent and our clients always compliment us on how helpful she has been with them. 

Kay holds a bachelor's degree in management. She has over 6 years of professional experience in the distribution and manufacturing industries. In the Philippines, she worked as an Assistant Distribution Coordinator, Logistics Assistant, and Assistant Logistics Supervisor.

She has handled a wide range of responsibilities, including administrative duties, assisting managers and supervisors, and supervising logistics coordinators and a secretary. She is currently working as a virtual assistant, where she handles customer support and file management.

She has demonstrated the ability to perform well in any section or industry with little supervision and to deliver results through efficient work.
